Cancellation terms for scientists:

• Cancellation before December 9th 2024 – full refund (Only if session is rejected)
• Cancellation before September 19th 2024 – full refund minus 95 Euros administration costs (Early Bird Only)
• Cancellation before December 19th 2024 – 50% refund
• Cancellation after December 19th 2024 – no refund.
